Policy

To secure a booking, a deposit of $26.06 is required, of which $25 will be credited towards your appointment, and $1.06 will be charged as a processing fee.

Deposits are non-refundable.

In case of appointment a cancellation, a "Deposit Credit" will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours. However, cancellations made beyond 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. The "Deposit Credit" will be stored on file and can be utilized for rescheduling an appointment within 60 days.

Deposit Credit appointments can only be rescheduled once. In case of a second cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

In case of late arrival, we grant a 15-minute grace period; beyond this, a late fee may be imposed. Please contact us if you anticipate running late. Thank you.
